Hello, I’m Qusay, a certified fitness trainer with over 10 years of experience in the sports training field. Since I began my fitness journey, my goal has always been to help others achieve their full physical and mental potential.

With certifications in nutrition and personal training from top international institutions, I have trained hundreds of clients who have successfully achieved their goals, whether it’s gaining muscle, losing weight, or improving overall fitness.
